Globelink Johor Bahru - About

Globelink Johor Bahru was established in 1992 as a LCL consolidator provider. Initially, the operation was established to send all the shipments via Singapore using feeder vessels and trucks. That was the only option available during the early days as there were no Shipping Lines making direct call at Pasir Gudang.

Today we were able to build direct export shipments ex Pasir Gudang port and Port Of Tanjung Pelepas to various Intra Asia ports. We are also sending daily shipments via bonded truck directly to Singapore and also Port Klang to connect Mother Vessels providing a vast option of shipping schedule to our exporters and importers. Apart from export activities, we have a few direct services from Intra Asia to Johor using both the ports to cater for faster service and transit time.

Presently our main office is located in the commercial centre of Taman Molek. We have operation offices set up in Pasir Gudang Port and also Port of Tanjung Pelepas to ensure smooth operation of our daily activities.

Globelink Johor plays a vital role in the southern region managing and operating businesses in two (2) active ports as follows: -

• Pasir Gudang a multi-purpose port
• Port of Tanjung Pelepas an advance containerized port and
• Causeway activities that links Malaysia and Singapore via land

Today we are not just a specialist in LCL consolidation, we have grown with the industry and we are capable of handling a wide range of services from operating our own trucks, custom brokerage to shipping representation, warehousing and other freight forwarding activities including ISO tank handling.

Globelink Johor Bahru currently housed with 46 employees, we are expanding and looking for more staffs. Following are the key personnel in charge running the operations :-
